You also have to avoid abrasive toothpaste. They might make your teeth whiter and more admirable but they also corrode the enamel. Exposing the root and nerves of your teeth. People who put on cosmetics have to keep their fingers away from your mouth. The chemicals in cosmetics can cause teeth to wear. Biting of finger nails can also make your teeth to break.

Don’t use somebody else’s toothbrush even the one that belongs to your loved one. Your spouse may be suffering from gum disease which you might not be seeing with your own eyes hence passing it to you. Learn to be selfish with your tooth brush and save your teeth.

Make sure you brush your teeth daily and never miss when are going to sleep. If you love to take ice creams, biscuits, yogurt and stuff close to that, make sure you clean and rinse you teeth before retiring to bed. Bacteria is commonly found in dairy products, therefore, after taking a glass of warm milk, make sure you brush your teeth

There are many teeth whitening products that are sold over the counter but without exact effects on your teeth. These products can make you end up losing all of your teeth, so seeking professional help is more useful.
