From the photo, it seems he could have shot his innocent sister had J Cole not re-tweeted the message.

Today in the Morning, J. Cole re-tweeted the fan and wrote his own message, “Wildest s**t I ever seen on twitter.” It is a crazy thing indeed.

Later on after the re-tweet, the fan tweeted saying it was a BB gun. He is a jackass who wanted to feel good to be re-tweeted by a celebrity at the cost of his younger sister, who might become psychologically traumatized for the rest of her life.

Twitter seems to be impractical when it comes to crimes on the site. After being contacted by TMZ, twitter administrators said that they cannot comment on an individual account in order to protect privacy. Despite what happened, his account is still active.

His identity is not known, but from the account, he is from Saudi Arabia. The account settings could have been changed moments before the act or arbitrarily chosen. There is no exact way of finding out unless twitter reveals it.
